I joined as Lead Product Designer in 2020 with a mission to help deliver simple and efficient solutions to empower buyers, sellers and agents, while aiming at conversion. I worked closely with engineers and product managers, from understanding the needs of different end-users, building prototypes, validating and developing fresh ideas.
James Delivery is a fast-growing delivery app for the Brazilian market. They are part of Latin America’s largest retail chain, GPA.
As a Product Designer on a fairly new company, I had the opportunity to help estabilish the company’s design culture while designing brand new products across multiple channels and targeting different end-users, from vendors to internal staff.
